Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A query entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the terms and supplies its results under its own policies. Conway County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends an email, the message and return address may be retained long enough to answer and maintain the exchange. The message is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Ordinary web-server and analytics records may collect technical details when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and approximate visit duration
- Referring site, when provided
- Date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They can help measure page use, traffic patterns, and site performance. Analytics services may combine visits into summary reports. Browser controls can block or remove cookies, although some site functions may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected visitor data may be used for the following operational purposes:
- Operating, maintaining, and securing the website
- Sending a requested query to the selected search partner
- Measuring which pages are useful
- Finding errors and performance problems
- Displaying advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Conway County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. Official Conway County Circuit Court records remain with the Conway County Circuit Clerk, while lower-court records remain with the District Court Clerk. Search ARCourts is the Arkansas public case-information system. Access to court records is governed chiefly by Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 and related court rules, not by this site's visitor-data practices. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power search boxes that appear on some content pages. Information submitted through those tools is governed by the provider's privacy terms. Each provider controls its own retention, security, pricing, and disclosure practices. Review those terms before entering a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Conway County offices, Arkansas courts, Search ARCourts, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows an external link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Conway County Court Docket does not control that site.
Advertising providers may use their own technologies to measure activity or select ads. Their collection occurs under their policies and systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited visitor data may be available to:
- Search partners processing a query submitted to their tool
- Analytics vendors measuring traffic and performance
- Advertising networks serving ads
- Government or law-enforcement authorities acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used for information under this site's control. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so uninterrupted security cannot be guaranteed.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Information identified as belonging to a minor will be removed when the operator becomes aware of it.
Your Data Rights
Rights can vary with residence and applicable law. A visitor may request access to personal information held by this site, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where the law permits, or an available opt-out from certain processing. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. ยง 25-19-105, governs qualifying public-agency records and exemptions; it does not convert this privately operated website into a public agency. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to Arkansas court case records.

- Seek correction of inaccurate data
- Ask for deletion when legally available
- Use any applicable processing opt-out
